Lettuces

Just like cauliflower and zucchini, most of our lettuce varieties have been cultivated since the 1990s. The microclimate provided by the Lac des Deux-Montagnes region allows us to offer you our various varieties as early as the last days of May.

Vacuum-cooled, our lettuces are available from the last days of May/June until July and reappear in stores between September and October.
